Cemex launched its first concrete with zero net CO2 emissions on the world market through its Vertua line, which focuses on sustainable products. Its arrival in countries like Mexico will take place in the following months.

The production of this cement is part of the Climate Action strategy announced by the company at the beginning of 2020, in which it set the goal of reducing CO2 emissions per ton of cementitious products by 35% by 2030.
